I was invited by Joan to come with Carol Crawford for an interview and to discuss Netwest. It was a most enjoyable experience. Joan made us feel perfectly comfortable and I really forgot my voice was being heard by all her listeners. The best part was that she took out our gaffes and, amazingly, she made my voice sound good!
