ART - a new writers' critique group

Thanks to Bob Brooks, we can announce a critique group for writers in the northern part of Netwest and in Asheville.

Appalachian Roundtable (ART)

A Writers Critique Group

The Appalachian Roundtable (ART) is a group of experienced writers who meet every two weeks to critique each others’ work, provide feedback on strengths, and suggest possible improvements.  Members write both fiction and nonfiction and have published short stories and novels.

ART requires hard-copy handouts of up to twenty pages in standard submission format in advance. Up to three submissions are reviewed with written notes at each meeting. The tenor of meetings is open and supportive with the aim of suggesting improvements and recognizing what works.

If your writing could benefit from this input, consider joining us.  ART meets on alternate Wednesdays from five to 6:30 p.m. in locations convenient to the attendees.  We have met in Brevard, Mills River, Hendersonville, and Asheville.
For more information, please contact Bob Brooks at brooksrr136@gmail.com.
