  2. Joan's poetry was well received by a good audience of men and women, members of NCWN West and non-members. Joan has brought this site into the 21st century with videos of readings and many other things.
Wish you could have been there, Brenda Kay. Maybe when Blanche is feeling better.

  3. First of all, I liked the fact that several new writers attended for the first time! This is a growing group. Joan did a terrific job with her reading. Hope the writers got some good markets for their submissions. That was a helpful aspect. Lunch at the pizza place is always fun: good food, yes, and the conversation was wonderful! Ralph is an amazing person, and we all enjoyed his poems from memory.

  4. Your quiet and compassionate approach to reading "By Design" made the poem that much better. Thoughtful writing and reading reassures all of us. You scored and I join others who thank you.
