(At the state Capitol with Linda Carlisle, Head of the Dept. of Cultural Resources, and new Poet Laureate Cathy Smith Bowers) On Wednesday Feb. 10, Cathy Smith Bowers was officially installed as North Carolina Poet Laureate.
